TR has substantial experience in healthcare and hospitality real estate investments. As a Vice President at Greene Park Capital, he led the investment screening, underwriting and market intelligence functions, and performed an array of diligence including underwriting financial performance, advising c-level management of publicly-traded capital partner and leading closing-related functions on a complex $600M+ multi-asset healthcare real estate acquisition.

Prior to Greene Park, TR developed, scaled and managed a team to open multiple US locations for WhyHotel, a hospitality real estate startup based out of Washington, DC. TR advised the CEO on multiple functions including underwriting, finance, lease analysis and operational design. Prior to WhyHotel, TR managed the underwriting and diligence processes on multifamily real estate transactions for a boutique real estate private equity firm in Washington, DC.

He spent eight years working for the US Navy as a Project Manager/Engineer where he managed multiple multimillion-dollar aeronautical defense projects for the US Navy on behalf of NAVAIR.

TR earned his Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown University with a focus on real estate and his Bachelors of Science from Georgia Tech in aerospace engineering.
